Description:

• We’re seeking a detail-oriented Contracts & Sourcing Specialist to support consulting and marketing services engagements.
• This role will partner with business teams to manage sourcing, RFx activities, supplier assessments, and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with policies.
• You’ll lead the end-to-end contracting process, assess risks, provide financial and contract analysis, and deliver value through cost savings, process efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier sourcing, RFx, and contract negotiations for marketing & promotion services (Media, Creative, PR, Research, etc.)

• Draft, redline, and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards

• Advise stakeholders on risks, constraints, and opportunities during sourcing and contracting

• Maintain contract records and ensure accurate data entry in organizational systems

• Provide analysis, reporting, and cost-benefit evaluations to support sourcing decisions

• Partner with cross-functional teams and act as a key point of contact for business partners

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in sourcing, contracting, or procurement (marketing services preferred)

• Strong negotiation, risk management, and project management skills

• Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and deliver business value

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
