Must Haves:

D2D: 
  • Assist and handle any disputes from customers indirectly or directly through their bureaus 
    • All disputes will be done via Fax (no disputes over email or phone) 
  • Handle incoming calls from Customers and delegate to the proper channel 
  • Work within the homegrown system to handle disputes 
  • Learn through training how to handle a volume of around 75 disputes per day 
  • Researching, resolving, and responding to customer disputes related to reporting, responding to other customer information requests from internal departments (legal and regulatory), and for entering information into the Dispute database.

Pay Range:

  • $17 - $ 21
