Required Skills & Experience
- Agile/Scrum Expertise: 5+ years aof experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-based tools (e.g., Jira with AI plugins, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT for coding/testing assistance, or AI-powered analytics tools).
- Release Management: Proven experience managing releases in Agile/DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Operations teams.
- Communication: Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Metrics-Driven: Ability to define, collect, and analyze Agile performance metrics to drive improvement.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
