**Long-Term-Contract**

Must Have:

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and run ADO kanbans/boards (not just update tickets) for full backlog management and sprint execution.
• Exposure to large-scale IAM/UAM transformations in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with iTrac (or similar) for defect/vulnerability tracking.
• Proven ability to manage requirements, features, and delivery timelines in Agile environments.
• Experience in identity management programs (SailPoint, Entra ID, LDAP, AD). Strong collaboration skills with dev, ops, and infrastructure teams. NiceToHave: SAFe or Scrum Master certification.
• Pay Range- $50- $53/hr.
