We are seeking an expert Contract Specialist Contractor with a background in market research, data, and analytics contracts to manage and execute quick-turn projects under tight deadlines. This role involves high-stakes negotiations and requires someone capable of delivering significant savings while maintaining quality and compliance. Exceptional consultation and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial.

- Scrutinize Statements of Work (SOW) to identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service excellence.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and strong SLAs (Service Level Agreements) in high-pressure settings.
- Monitor and report on contract statuses, providing insightful updates and recommendations to the Category Associate Director.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, balancing simultaneous projects under tight timelines.
- Implement process improvements and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or compliance.

- Expertise in negotiating SOWs related to market research, data, and analytics.
