Title: Vault Tech & Facilities Coordinator

Pay Range: $30 - $35/HR

Must Haves:
- 3–5 years of experience in AV operations, preferably having progressed from a lighting or video tech into more senior
- responsibilities.
- Proficiency with control and processing systems (AMX, Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Pictural or Dante)
- Experience supporting live events or shows, with the ability to manage high-pressure, multifaceted productions.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills to interface with senior leadership and retail clients.
- Proven experience leading crews, coordinating setups, and overseeing onsite AV operations.
- Deep understanding of AV hardware (LED walls, Surface Hubs, NetGear switches) and facility systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and task management abilities.
- Experienced in operating/maintaining AV hardware (LED walls, Surface Hubs, NetGear switches) as well as troubleshooting and repairing AV equipment.
- Expertise in supporting corporate events with seamless tech integration.
- Experience managing and collaborating with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams (IT Solutions, Digital Workplace, Facilities, Security).
