**Long-Term-Contract**

Must Have: 

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management with focus on transforming legacy UAM environments
• Previous migration experience from legacy/homegrown IAM tools to SailPoint or Entra ID in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using SailPoint IIQ for high-level design, requirements workshops, and strategic IAM planning
• Ability to translate homegrown/proprietary UAM tool functions into high-level SailPoint/Entra ID design equivalents
• Strong documentation and process-building skills (playbooks, templates, requirements docs)
• Ability to work closely with application support teams and onboarding teams
• Experience supporting compliance/audit functions during IAM transitions
• Familiarity with authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos)
• Pay Range- $60-$65/hr.
