About the Role
We are hiring a strong java full stack Angular developer to lead rewrite of a tier 3 application from Vaadin to Angular
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, debug, and document applications within the Financial Crimes technology domain.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, refine, and analyze complex system requirements.
- Develop and maintain multi-tier applications using ReactJS and Java Spring Boot.
- Build, consume, and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.
- Manage the full application lifecycle, including change management, maintenance, and platform upgrades.
- Implement and automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible) to enable agile delivery.
- Perform data analysis, write complex SQL, and optimize processes and queries for performance.
- Adhere to Agile methodologies and ensure compliance with all enterprise change standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of experience or plus with relevant experience as noted below.
- Preferably the person has prior feature lead or architecture or similar experience in leading team of contractors to design, develop and implement Java and Angular projects E2E.
- Good written and verbal communication skills is required as this app is high visibility in GFC app stack and person will regularly need to report on status and interact with senior/management level leaders.
- Experience with Angular will be a plus as we look to assess the right framework to upgrade to in Q4 this year.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 60$-65$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
