- Team Player - Good attitude / supportive to work together, supporting platform teams

Banking experience (understanding internal audits)

Scrum Master/ Release Manager/ Environment management (pushing code to production)

Familiarity with deployment protocols, CABs, and post-deployment validations.

Excellent written documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to collaborate across multiple squads/teams, ensuring approvals and evidence trail are complete.
- Past developer understanding SDLC/ tech stack
