About the Role
We are hiring a strong Windows Server Engineer Who is a strong, technical team member with extensive experience working on infrastructure projects that require collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Automation: Use advanced PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks, server builds, configuration changes, and application deployments across the Windows server estate.

Operating System Management: Engineer, harden, and maintain standard builds for the Windows Server Operating System across various versions (e.g., 2016, 2019, 2022).

Configuration Management: Utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) to manage patches, deploy software, and enforce desired configuration states across thousands of servers. This is a critical "Must Have" skill.

Event Log Management: Develop and automate responses to system events to proactively address issues before they cause outages.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years Event and Windows Server Operating System Automation
- At least 6 years of experience in PowerShell scripting and development
- At least 3 years of experience with Configuration Management (SCCM)
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting IIS
- Knowledge and experience supporting core systems and storage platform services in which the infrastructure is dependent.
- Ability to self-manage projects with clients and technical peers to tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 55$-65$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
