Title: Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management Analyst / UAT Tester
Contract Length: 1 Year
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2–3 day onsite).
Compensation: $35-$40/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Refine and clarify user stories as the new CLM system is deployed.
- Execute test cases across three large workstreams.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Review and interpret documentation provided by scrum teams for UAT execution.
- Identify gaps in the system during UAT and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Report and track defects in a transparent and structured way.
- Communicate testing progress and issues effectively with stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of UAT testing experience in financial services.
- Strong experience in user story refinement and translating them into test cases.
- Direct testing experience (hands-on execution, defect logging, retesting).
- Familiarity with AML and regulatory policies (be able to name and discuss them).
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering, documentation).
- 3+ years working with CLM systems (e.g., Fenergo, Pegasys, S&P Policy Manager, Moody’s, Salesforce).
- Minimum 1 year of direct Fenergo CLM experience.
- Strong communication skills — ability to be transparent, direct, and articulate with stakeholders.
Pluses:
- Experience with FenX system.
- Knowledge of multiple CLM tools (Pegasys, Moody’s, Policy Manager, Lombardi).
