Cloud Security Controls Engineer (On-Site)

We're looking for a highly skilled Cloud Security Controls Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role that is critical to strengthening our cloud security posture by implementing, testing, and deploying robust security controls. You will be a key player in our global team, working closely with engineers to ensure security is embedded directly into our cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage security controls within a multi-cloud environment using Policy-as-Code (PaC).

• Integrate and orchestrate security into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and automate deployment of security policies into production.

• Collaborate with offshore and on-site teams to ensure seamless delivery and a high standard of security.

• Maintain documentation for security controls and processes for compliance and oversight.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud security within a large, enterprise environment.

• Hands-on experience with Policy-as-Code (PaC) and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

• Expertise in Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.

• Proficiency with Sentinel and/or OPA with Rego scripting.

• Strong experience with Git for version control.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Wiz or other CSPM/CNAPP platforms.

• Familiarity with container security (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with security hardening standards and frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO).
