Job Title: Banking Operations Contract Analyst 1

Analysts/ Associates:

• 1-4+ years of experience to work primarily on maintenance of large Key Client Asset Manager Agreements, simple amendments and DF Adherence process.
• Must be a J.D.

Job Description:

• Draft, review, analyse, negotiate and execute Master Agreements 
• Draft, review, analyse, negotiate and execute 
• Maintenance of existing large Key Client Asset Manager Agreement’s through fund addition, removal and all other amendments via paper and Markit platform
• Complete Legal Due Diligence (including Capacity & Authority review and Netting & Collateral analysis via Legal Opinion and Report review)
• Work with other internal stakeholders (including credit risk, treasury, front office, collateral management groups and others) to complete Master Agreement negotiation
• Negotiate directly with clients
