Mission:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies, React UI, SQL Server, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• As part of our roadmap, the front-end framework will transition to Angular next year, so adaptability and eagerness to learn are key.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET, React, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality features.
• Implement responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly web interfaces with React (and Angular in the future).
• Develop and optimize backend APIs, business logic, and database interactions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assist in the transition from React to Angular.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development (or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Solid experience with React.js and front-end development principles.
• Proficiency in SQL Server including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web security best practices.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar).
