Position Details:

Position Title: Scientist III

Duration: 6 months (Possible extension)

Location: North Chicago, IL 60064

Job Description:

• Perform high-throughput quantitative in vivo and in vitro LC-MS/MS analysis for small molecules and peptides across various bio-matrices.

• Conduct sample extraction, data analysis, and data interpretation.

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve LC-MS/MS methods.

• Operate and maintain AB Sciex LC-MS/MS systems, including routine maintenance and hands-on troubleshooting.

• Maintain thorough documentation in LIMS, test methods, and protocols.

• Collaborate with Discovery and DMPK-BA teams to support bioanalysis.

• Support in vivo pharmacology and toxicology studies for the discovery team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AB Sciex LC-MS/MS systems (plus).

• Familiarity with analytical software and LIMS (plus).

Other Details:

• Role heavily focused on sample extraction and data interpretation.

• Experience level will influence responsibilities.

• Open to candidates with relevant bioanalytical and LC-MS/MS expertise.
