- Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect within these areas: IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Major Incident Management, On-Call Scheduling, Interaction Management, Knowledge Management.
- Experience Enhancements - Walk-up Experience.\
- Vendor & Service Management Workspace
- Digital Portfolio Management (DPM)
- DevOps Integration.
- Pay Range- $70-$75/hr.
