Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of Helpdesk Experience.
  • Experience with Ticketing System.
  • Providing Level 1 support.
  • Experience with resolving It hardware and desktop issues.
  • This role will be part time.

Pay Rate: $16 - $18/hr
