Job Title: Application/Production Support
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
About the Role:
Production Services is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the technology platform. The Production Services member will be involved in Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity/Availability Management, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting, Production Governance, Triage, Associate Support, Change/Configuration Management, and more. This role involves identifying production failure scenarios, creating incident tickets, communicating effectively with development and internal business operations teams, and maintaining metrics for analysis and improvement.
Required Skills:

1 - 5 years of experience in application support

Monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Glassbox

Experience with Java and Web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML)

Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and commands

Experience with Oracle, PLSQL

Familiarity with Remedy

Experience with Python and Ansible

Ability to analyze Java heap and thread dumps

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $30 – $35 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
