About the Role:

Bank's Channel Management & Delivery team is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support campaign-level activities within the direct mail channel.

This individual will manage the print and mail execution process, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery across multiple monthly campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the print and mail phase of direct mail campaigns including vendor selection, cost estimates, specs/measurements, and paper selection.

Support campaign execution by developing detailed instructions, schedules, and paper orders.

Audit proofs, counts, and ensure accuracy in production activities.

Serve as the point of contact with program management, platform integration, postal strategies, and third-party vendors.

Monitor and reconcile job estimates, expenses, and timelines.

Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and processes.
