**Contract-To-Hire**

Must Have:

• 7+ years’ experience in project/program management for software deployments or integrations specific to IAM/IGA. Strong background in cybersecurity programs, especially Identity & Access Management (IAM, PAM, IGA).
• Proven ability to draft structured communications and create a communication strategy for large, enterprise employee populations.
• Expertise in MS Planner for project management.
• Experience analyzing Power BI for reports/dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with PowerApps and/or Power Automate (used for capturing text or building light front-end apps).
• Pay Range- $55- $60/hr.
