Location: Mountainhome, PA 18342
Duration: 18+ months contract to hire
Pay Range: $27-$33/hr
Responsibilities:
-
Supports inspection of raw materials and finished product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable government regulations.
-
Utilize GD&T knowledge to create CMM inspection programs
-
Support the CMM Programming team in ensuring product and process compliance by providing CMM Programming solutions
-
Support the MRB (Material Review Board) process with non-conformance screening
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree and 3 + years OR HS/GED and 8 years of experienc in Quality and/or Manufacturing operations or similar industrial environment OR in Quality and/or Manufacturing operations or similar industrial environment
-
CMM programming experience with Zeiss machines
-
Expert knowledge of GD&T drawing interpretation, and implementation of measuring systems
-
Experience in manufacturing or quality in the aerospace industry
-
Knowledge of aerospace industry quality standards and procedures
-
Advanced knowledge of ASME Y 14.5-1994 and ASME Y 14.5-2018

Excellent priority management skills
-
Experience inspecting parts for conformance using mechanical inspection tools, such as microscopes, micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators, etc.
