We are seeking a motivated technician to join our Staging Operations team. In this role, you will configure, test, and prepare servers, switches, and other telecom equipment for deployment. You’ll work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and support operations in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a motivated technician to join our Staging Operations team. In this role, you will configure, test, and prepare servers, switches, and other telecom equipment for deployment. You’ll work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and support operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stage, configure, and test servers, switches, firewalls, and workstations
- Assist with programming and debugging scripts to support staging operations (a strong plus for long-term opportunities)
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot sales order issues and resolve them
- Follow detailed build and configuration documentation
- Communicate progress and updates to the Team Lead and Management
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of technical experience (or relevant degree/certification)
- Basic experience with Windows computers, servers, and networking devices (Cisco/HP experience a plus)
- Knowledge of scripting/debugging basics preferred
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written/verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a factory environment and lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including some overtime/weekends.
