Job Title: Student Services Specialist
Duration: 10 months Contract (Extension/ Conversion based on performance)
Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite 2x per week), Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $40/hr. - $44.82/hr. (Without any Benefits)
Location: Stanford, CA 94305 (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee, review, and maintain student records; analyze data, counsel students, and make recommendations on course enrollment, eligibility, and program requirements.

Provide advice and support to students regarding academic progress, program policies, career planning, accessibility, and community standards.

Assist students with applications, admissions documents, and next steps to ensure proper program progression.

Answer inquiries about graduate programs and demonstrate knowledge of offerings to effectively support students and faculty.

Identify students in crisis, provide first-line response, and connect them with appropriate resources.
