Job Title: Exchange Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC; Addison, TX; Plano, TX
Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFH
Client Industry: Banking 
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract 
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 

About the Role

We are hiring a  strong  Exchange Engineer.

DAY TO DAY

• Global Messaging Engineering is looking for an experienced email engineer to join our Exchange Engineering team.

• The candidate should be a self-motivated individual with experience designing, building and testing Exchange on-premise and Exchange Online solutions for large enterprise Exchange email environments.
• The candidate will be working within an environment to deliver quality enterprise class solutions for Global Bank associates, M365 workload owners, Application SMEs, Product Managers as well as Service Delivery team members.

MUST HAVES

• 10+ years of industry experience 

• Deep understanding of Exchange email 
• Enterprise experience 
• Powershell (version 5) scripting and module development experience 
• Experience with core MS Exchange technologies such as DAG clustering, RBAC security, Directory Sites, DNS/F5, email routing configurations, Transport Rules, Litigation Hold and Regulatory Journaling
• SDLC knowledge and understanding 
• Active Directory experience

Compensation 

Hourly Rate: 60$-65$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
