Pay rate: $70/Hour - $77/Hour

About the Role: We are seeking a Package Consultant for Oracle Utilities to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing functional requirements and creating technical designs using their deep understanding of the Oracle Customer Care & Billing system.
• They will develop and communicate the technology architecture and implementation strategy for a solution, and design a system that meets the client's needs.
• This role requires a strong foundation in Oracle utilities and a knack for translating complex functional requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional requirements and create technical designs using Oracle Customer Care & Billing system
• Develop and communicate technology architecture and implementation strategy for a solution
• Design a system that meets client's needs
• Translate complex functional requirements into technical solutions

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of Oracle utilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Experience in translating functional requirements into technical designs
