  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Influence decision-making and align diverse groups toward common goals.

  • Reporting and Communication: Produce timely, clear, and comprehensive reports on project timelines, scope, risks, and financial status, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Cultural Contribution: Foster a delivery culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and adaptability, mentoring team members and promoting best practices in a small, agile team setting.
  • This role supports the credit card launch portfolio, involving end-to-end delivery of digital capabilities that enhance customer experiences, loyalty programs, and transformative banking solutions.

  • Influence and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to impact and influence cross-functional partners, key stakeholders (both internal and external), and executives across varying levels of seniority.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid experience in managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, and financial reporting to ensure project viability and efficiency.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Agile Facilitation: Hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing delivery in hybrid environments, with the agility to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities.
