Job Title: Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) IT Lead
Location: Clayton, MO 63105 (Hybrid 3 day in office)
Duration: Full time role
Schedule: Mon - Fri

Salary Range: $120,000 - 130,000 annually

Mission:
- The mission of this role is to establish and lead an enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program to ensure secure and compliant digital access.
- This is a crucial initiative driven by the need to meet strict government regulations, such as the CMMC, which are essential for the company's defense-related business.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ years focused on IGA or IAM
- Hands-on technical experience with IGA/IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalents like Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity).
- Ability to operate “in the weeds” technically while also leading the strategic program
Skills:
- Identity lifecycle management
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- SSO (Single Sign-On)
- MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Scripting automation experience with PowerShell or Python (not as a full-time coder, but enough to understand/guide)
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS identity integrations.
- Required experience with frameworks such as DFARS, CMMC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST
- Previous leadership experience is required - excellent communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Pluses:
- NIST SP 800-171 or NIST SP 800-53
- CIAM (Certified Identity and Access Manager) certification.
- IGA platform certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalent).
- Experience scaling IGA programs across global organizations.
