Title: Revit Structural Designer/ Drafter 

Location: ST. Louis, MO (onsite to start, potential hybrid depending on experience) 

No. of Openings: 2-3

Duration: 2-3 Months 

Pay Range: $25-30/hr 

Interview: 2 Rounds  (most likely virtual) 

WHY: We are looking to bring on 2-3 Revit Structural Designers to support an increase in project workload 

MISSION: This role will focus on modeling and detailing structural elements (beams, columns, bracing, floors, railings, foundation, etc.) in Revit which is a computer program used by architects and engineers to make 3D building models and drawings.

MUST HAVES:

• 1 year professional experience w/ Revit (structural preferred, but open to general Revit users).

• Structural background 

• Strong 3-D modeling and detailing skills  (not calculations)

• Willingness to work both on new builds and refurb projects

• Attention to detail and ability to follow redlines accurately

• Collaborative, team player mindset 

PLUSSES:

• AutoCAD exposure

• Experience with BIM tools like Revizto (clash detection) 

DAY TO DAY:

• Update Revit structural models from engineer redlines/markups.
• Add/modify beams, columns, bracing, foundations, railings, floors, etc.
• Handle detailing, annotations, and dimensions in Revit.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers and designers to keep drawings accurate.
• Occasionally support with AutoCAD or other BIM tools (minimal compared to Revit).
• Potential exposure to point clouds, clash detection (Revizto)
