Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Day to Day Responsibilities:  

• Agile Collaboration: Start the day with a team stand-up meeting to discuss progress and blockers. Participate in grooming sessions with business partners to define and finalize delivery requirements for new features.
• Development & Debugging: Spend the core of the day writing and debugging code in C#, .NET/Java, and JavaScript for enterprise applications. This work is primarily focused on Windows 11, 10, or 7 environments.
• Database Management: Interact with MS SQL databases, writing and optimizing SQL queries. This includes tasks related to data modeling and database design to ensure application efficiency.
• Integration & Automation: Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and web services. When focusing on testing, utilize the Selenium framework to develop automated test suites.
• Deployment & Support: Configure, deploy, and test enterprise software applications, ensuring a smooth transition to production environments. Troubleshoot issues and provide support as needed.

Must Have: 

• Must have 5+ years of software development and debugging experience on MSFT Windows 7 / 10 / 11/ 2016/2019 Operating Systems.
• Solid fundamentals in programming languages such as C# with Visual Studio, .NET/Java and JavaScript, MSFT Powershell and integration technologies such a rest APIs, web services and Selenium framework
• Experience with configuration, deployment, testing of enterprise software applications and building frameworks.
• Relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL). MS SQL preferred.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methodology and participate in grooming sessions and be able to work with business partners to build and finalize delivery requirements.

• Agile and SCRUM experience
• Strong problem solving and design skills. Quick learner and self-starter.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with C#, .NET, Javascript, Powershell and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with JIRA.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $60 per hour - $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
