Job Description:  

Client: Banking  

Position:Production Support

Duration:  6 Months +

Location: Tampa, FL / NYC, NY

Payrange: $60-70/hr 

 

Must Have: 

  • 8+ years of experience in production support for enterprise applications

  • Experience in defining operating models for Support (L1 to L3)

  • Experience executing Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

  • Experience in runbooks and technical documentation for production support

  • Experience in observability and monitoring

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide production support for enterprise applications across multiple regions, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform root cause and trend analysis, and document issues for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, and support documentation.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet user expectations on quality, functionality, and reliability.

  • Drive process improvements, reduce repetitive toil, and propose strategic solutions to enhance support efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and organizational standards by following established processes and controls.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issues, resolutions, and system health.
