Job Title: QA Automation Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience as a Test Manager- managing/ leading multiple teams
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in reviewing requirements and project documentation to understand what is needed to be tested and to formulate effective testing strategies
• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, maintaining, and analyzing test scripts.
• Working Knowledge of Defect management process, Risk Framework and mitigation, and Enterprise Testing standards
• Experience in version control using Git
• Experience with Cucumber/ selenium

Day To Day:

• Responsible for development and execution of testing strategies utilizing various software deliverable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Work with Development and other internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify risks, and ensure defects are resolved;
• Ensures adherence to defined testing quality standards. 

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $55 per hour - $60 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
