Job Title:Butter Production Manager

Location:Pasco, WA - onsite

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $ 90 K- $ 110K .

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Experience in the processing of fluid milk products and butter production (strongly desired).

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to achieve results through others and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving outcomes.
• Ability to monitor and inspect product and equipment effectively.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement processes (Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Standardized Procedural Development).
• Proficiency with Oracle, 11i, EAM, and familiarity with PLC-based process controls.
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing practices.
