Job Description: 

Bank is looking for a Dedicated Service Advisor who can provide exceptional customer service (servicing any inquiries regarding their accounts) to an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients (large financial institutions, banks, etc.) Enterprise contact center environment.
      • Respond to inquiries from clients (80% email, 20% calls)
        Escalations handled by their team – they provide white glove service.
Must Haves:
 
    • 3-5 yrs customer service experience in either enterprise Banking or enterprise financial servicing
    • Exceptional multitasking/computer skills – swift computer navigation while on the phone.
    • Excellent Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Great Notetaker

    • Team player
