Function:
Procurement – Third Party Risk Management Office (TPRMO)
 
Key Responsibilities:
The consultant will lead the Change Management Strategy for new Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and tools, while partnering closely with other procurement functions.
  • Primary Scope: Develop and execute change management strategy for TPRM processes, tools, and communications.
  • Secondary Scope: Build understanding of supplier risk and performance management across Procurement Strategy & Capabilities (PSC) and broader procurement teams, ensuring alignment for category managers and procurement staff.

Deliverables & Activities:

The consultant will partner with TPRMO leadership to design and implement a structured OCM framework. Deliverables include but are not limited to:
1. Sponsorship & Leadership Alignment
  • Engage with TPRM Advisory Committee leaders to establish ownership and accountability.
  • Ensure sponsors and procurement partners are kept informed of Internal Audit remediation activities, impacts to client users (e.g., ADCT / SET), and overall project status.
  • Support sponsors as visible change agents, modeling behaviors and driving communication.

2. Change Management Approach

  • Develop integrated change management plans to build engagement, excitement, and adoption for TPRM process and tool changes.
  • Maintain and manage the TPRM Integrated Communications Calendar, ensuring alignment with other PSC functions.
  • Coordinate communication events, stakeholder briefings, training sessions, and other change initiatives.
  • Support the creation of a new external-facing TPRM SharePoint site (if implemented).

3. System Implementation Integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management efforts with upcoming system launches, including:

  • Process Unity – targeted to risk domains (timeline TBD).
  • INTAIC – replacing ADCT/SET, client-facing launch planned for March 31.

Top Skills & Qualifications
  • Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci or similar) with proven experience leading OCM initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Project Management.
  • Ability to drive Strategy Development and execution.
  • Experience in Technology/System Implementation (direct involvement or via change management and training support).
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills with strong leadership presence and communication ability.
