Compensation Analyst
Contract: Toronto, Ontario, CA span>
Salary Range: 21.00 - 24.00 | Per Hour

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Complete job evaluations (job leveling) and salary benchmarking tasks
- Map jobs across families of 30–50 positions, align to correct titles, ensure compliance
- Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and research additional market data sources (surveys, disclosures, collective agreements)
- Sit within HR Outsourcing Group: focus on comp-related services outside of payroll
- Work with dispersed shared services team across Canada
- Take direction from Compensation Professional, deliver independently with minimal oversight
Must Have:
- Compensation Analyst (or similar) experience within a large organization (5,000–10,000+ employees)
- 2+ years in HR / Total Rewards / Compensation, specifically with hands-on experience in job evaluations and salary benchmarking
- Familiarity with point-factor job evaluation tools and pay equity/pay transparency legislation
- Strong analytical skills, highly proficient in Excel (working with large datasets)
