- Courteously, accurately, and professionally respond to inbound calls and live chat inquiries from employees and vendors for all Accounts Payable related end-to-end functions namely Invoice Payment, Purchase Requisitioning and Employee Expense Reimbursement processes
- Prepare and respond timely and accurately to email/catalog service inquiries from employees and vendors relating to the core processes detailed above
- Ensure all required inquiry cases are updated for each customer inquiry handled in CRM systems such as in Service Now, Resolve IT, etc.
- Review pending work and ensure supporting work function as per guidelines and manager’s direction
- Complete mandatory, new and refresher training as required or needed.
