• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and relationship development.
• Manage and coordinate efforts across design, procurement, production, outside processing, and shipping departments.
• Ensure projects stay on track through scheduling, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
• Interpret and work with project drawings and shop details to align internal processes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management.
• 25–50% travel required.
• Proven experience working in customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of project drawings and manufacturing/shop details.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and scheduling.
• Background in construction or utility industries
