Executive Sourcer based in North Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days)
Description:
- The Sourcer, Talent Acquisition will develop and execute sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver market insights to support business hiring needs. This role partners with recruiters and business leaders to identify and engage top talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities:

Proactively source passive candidates via Boolean search, social media, and talent databases.

Conduct prescreens and present candidates to recruiters/hiring managers.

Build and nurture pipelines, talent communities, and market maps.

Provide talent market intelligence, reporting, and sourcing updates.

Partner with stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and deliver proactive solutions.
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
3–5+ years in a dedicated sourcing/executive sourcing role (not full-cycle).
-
Proven proactive sourcing experience, including confidential searches and talent mapping.
-
Strong use of sourcing technology and CRM/ATS platforms.
Preferred:
-
Prior staff management experience.
-
Healthcare or manufacturing recruitment experience.

Technical recruitment expertise.
Pay range:
$45/hr. - $50/hr.
