• Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems supporting manufacturing and facilities operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system needs, and implement automation strategies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including schematics, specifications, and system diagrams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex control system issues to ensure operational reliability.
• Commission, calibrate, and integrate sensors and related equipment.
• Take ownership of assigned systems, driving improvements for efficiency, sustainability, and performance.

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Controls Programming Engineer in manufacturing, industrial, or data center environments.
• Strong expertise with PLC and HMI programming in Siemens TIA Portal.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with SCADA systems (Ignition preferred).
• Proficiency with industrial protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, RS232/485, BACnet, OPC UA.
• Programming experience in C++ and Python or Java.
• Solid understanding of sensors, including setup, commissioning, and calibration.

Salary and Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $70 - $75 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
