Must Haves:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong ERP focus (SAP strongly preferred) - true hands on technical experience is required  
• 3+ years of people management experience (managing developers/analysts)
• Deep understanding of ERP solution architecture 
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve break/fix issues, and lead enhancements
• Proven people management experience, including mentoring and performance oversight
• Strong communication skills to partner with business leaders and align IT with business priorities 
• Ability to lead cross-functional IT Projects spanning ERP and integrated systems  

PLUSSES:

•  Experience with SAP Commerce, Salesforce CRM, and Blue Yonder WMS.

Salary:

150K/Ann. - 180K/Ann.
