Position: HR Coordinator
Type (Contract, C2H): FTE
Location: Crawfordsville, IN (Onsite)
Pay range: $70k - $80k/Annum
Day to day :
- Boots on ground point of contacts for every teammate
- Acquisition life cycle (setting up interviews and onboarding)
- Creating job reqs
- Payroll, benefits programs set up for the site
- Help coordinate training and development
- Independent HR professional they will only be the only HR onsite in IN
Must haves :
- Employee relations
- Bachelor’s degree
- HR experience
