About the Role: We are looking for a Network Technician to join our team and support several data center locations in Indiana. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal customers and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution as directed by Technical Program Managers. This role requires someone who is highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. The Network Technician will be responsible for capacity management and supporting large-scale enterprise networks.

Responsibilities: -

• Scale support of data center locations in Indiana 
• Assist with capacity management 
• Work closely with internal customers and external vendors -
• Facilitate smooth project execution as directed by Technical Program Managers 
• Provide top-tier management and support of network infrastructure -
• Build or enhance tools, develop best practices, and refine operational procedures -
• Think proactively and innovatively to improve network operations

Education Qualification: -

• Basic Networking knowledge -
• Basic Cabling (Fiber Optic) Knowledge -
• Basic hardware and IT system understanding -
• Understanding of setting up servers (rack installation, wiring computers, cable installation) -
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks

Required Skills: -

• Strong written and verbal communication skills -
• Ability to interact efficiently with peers and customers -
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment -
• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds -
• Reliable transportation -
• Experience working in a data center environment (a plus) -
