Position Details:

• Design and develop automated test systems to validate RF products.
• Write and maintain automated test code for RF equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct RF product testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (TIA-102, TIA-603, EN300-113, EN300-086, UL, CE).
• Operate RF test equipment, including Vector/Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters, to perform precise measurements and analysis.
• Troubleshoot circuits and analyze test results to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development and integration.
• Summarize complex technical data clearly in written and verbal communications.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in RF product test and regulatory compliance (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of RF systems, including analog and digital modulation.
• Familiarity with automated test equipment (Vector/Network, Spectrum, Signal Analyzers, etc.).
• Proficiency in LabVIEW and Python for test automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Lab-based environment with occasional lifting (20–25 lbs).
• Onsite work with standard lab safety equipment provided.
• Fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.

• Prior experience with RF ATE systems in a lab environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory testing and certification processes for RF products.
