Duration: 6 months (Possible extensions / conversion into full time)
What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:
- Experience in supplier quality management and generating quality agreements.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems, cGMPs, ICH, EU, FDA and MHRA regulations and requirements.
- Business scientific and personal computer hardware and software applications, including advanced knowledge of word processing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers orally and in writing.
- Business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Attention to detail.
- Min. college degree in related field.
Under general supervision oversee the completion and accuracy of the following:
• Prepare new quality agreements with various Suppliers
• Update and maintain existing quality agreements
• Upload global quality agreement in document repository
• Generate metrics related to quality agreements
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws
• Comply with all GxP and safety requirements, SOPs and company policies and procedures
