Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for wealth and brokerage-related initiatives.
• Support client reporting, fee structures, trading, and commission-related projects within Wealth 360 and related platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, compliance, legal, capital markets) to ensure requirements are clear and actionable.
• Prepare and maintain detailed business documentation, process flows, and use cases.
• Participate in sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and project meetings to align deliverables with business priorities.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on wealth and brokerage processes, ensuring solutions meet regulatory, operational, and compliance needs.
• Provide thought leadership and coaching to peers, fostering a collaborative, non-micromanaged team culture.

Must Have:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, brokerage operations, and capital markets (retail banking experience alone will not be sufficient).
• Hands-on experience with client reporting, fees, trading, and commission workflows.
• Familiarity with Wealth 360 or similar wealth management platforms.
• Proven ability to work on net new initiatives and deliver clear, concise business documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; Type A personality who takes ownership.

Pay rate: $65 -$68/hr without benefits
