Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in risk-based testing and control validation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Hadoop environments and within Risk, Compliance, or Audit functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly quality control assessments to identify process gaps and potential risk exposures
• Support the QA Monitoring & Inspection team in validating process compliance
• Analyze findings and recommend process improvements to enhance control sustainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and remediation tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Control / Quality Assurance testing experience
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of Risk Frameworks / Quality Framework Testing
• Experience in Hadoop environments
• Prior working exposure within Risk, Compliance, or Audit functions

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $55 – $60 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
