Job Title: Call Centre Representative/Customer Support

Client: Educational

Location: Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite Role 

Duration: 03 Months (High Possibility of extension as well as conversion)

Pay Rate: ($24-$25) hourly

Shift:
  • 3 to 6 weeks of training from M-F in between 5 AM and 5 PM.
  • After training, the Shift will be fixed between 5 AM and 11:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route high-volume calls for the University and Medical Center.
  • Provide directory information, assist with conference calls, and support paging requests.
  • Dispatch and coordinate medical emergency teams (e.g., cardiac arrest, trauma, fire, disaster recovery).
  • Maintain call center databases, directories, and reference materials.
  • Deliver after-hours communication support for the organization entities.

 Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment (medical/university setting preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished phone etiquette.
  • Ability to type 40–50 WPM with accuracy.
  • Familiarity with paging/telecommunications systems and basic computer operations (Mac/DOS).
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and tactful under pressure.
  • Team player with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
