Project Manager - Transformation and Supplier Risk
Contract: Toronto, Ontario, CA
Salary Range: 120.00 - 125.00 | Per Hour

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives within financial services or risk/regulatory domains.
- Manage projects from planning to execution, including TOM (Target Operating Model) delivery and project tracking.
- Drive change management, remediation, and regulatory transformation initiatives.
- Develop and deliver executive reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for teams, senior management, and executives.
- Conduct in-depth research, analyze information, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with peers and leaders to ensure successful project/program outcomes.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering; PMP Certification.
- Experience: 7–10 years of project/program management experience in financial services, risk, or regulatory domains.
- Strong expertise in change management, agile methodologies (JIRA/Confluence), and regulatory transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Archer (Supplier Risk Management Application), Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP, formulas, Power Query), Tableau, Ivalua, and MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven success in leading cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and confident decision-making under ambiguity.
- Experience working with banks is a plus.
