Qualifications

• 3-5 years of extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Primarily Windows with some Mac
• 3-5 years of customer service orientation and being proactive in anticipating and resolving problems.
• 3-5 years of experience installing and supporting PC and laptop hardware and software.
• 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting mobile and desktop devices.
• 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting Windows, Ms application installation, and Adobe.
• 1-2 years of experience in installing and configuring Audio Visual setups.

Range: $20-7/hr
