Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST
Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on full stack developer with approximately 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be front-end focused (60%) with solid back-end skills (40%), eager to learn and grow on our team. This is not a senior role - you should be comfortable receiving guidance and mentorship as you advance.
Must Haves:

5 years of professional software development experience

Strong expertise in Angular (version 8+) including components, modules, services, routing, and RxJS

Solid Java SE skills and 2+ years with Spring Boot (REST APIs, dependency injection, data access)
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $55 - $60 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
